Some movies may be Ex Rentals?
Most previously viewed titles contain a small amount of "retail store" stickers on the boxes and tapes. All have been previewed to make sure they are in working viewing condition. All quantities are limited.

Shipping
We do combine shipping. If shipping does not combine when you check out, we will email you and make the needed adjustments. We ship out our movies using Media Mail. If you would have other preferences, please contact us before you complete your order. Also, when we ship out your movie, we do not use envelopes. We use boxes for envelopes tend to tear while in transit. We want to make sure your movie arrives to you safely.

Why am I not receiving emails from you?
Sometimes mail gets filtered as spam. Please make sure that you add our email address remalysbooksandcollectables@msn.com so you can receive our mail. We send about 3 - 4 emails per transaction. 1. Confirming your order. 2. Confirming your payment. 3. Letting you know when your shipment has been shipped. 4. Follow-up on your order once you have received it.

If I contact you with a question, how long before you respond?
If you send us an email with questions or concerns, please give us 24 to 48 hours to respond. We receive many emails and try to respond to our customers questions as quickly as possible. We are open 7 am to 7 pm Monday - Friday. Longer replies are on weekends. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms and Conditions
Terms: Most previously viewed titles contain a small amount of "retail store" stickers on the boxes and tapes. All have been previewed to make sure they are in working viewing condition. All quantities are limited. We try to describe the movies as closely as possible if there is any damage to the case/sleeve. Most will have normal wear and tear, but occasionally we will receive movies that the case or sleeve will have more damage then normal. The movie its self would be fine, just the case would be not as desired. We will list the undesirables as well in more detail. Many movies has a slight variation of style. We use a stock photo for each movie so you can have an idea of what the movie looks like. We also try to add a picture of the original movie as well. Your movie may not always have the exact cover in the picture. If this is a concern, please contact us before you order the movie of your choice. Our Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your movie, you have 7 days from delivery date to contact us for a refund. You would need to contact us with your reason and we will issue a confirmation number. Without the number, you will not receive a refund. The movie/s would have to be returned in the same condition as it was sent out to you. We ship our movies in boxes to help protect your purchase through mailing. The refund will consist of the amount for the product itself. Sorry, but we do not refund shipping cost.
